Shipping policy
Your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a follow up email with your shipment tracking information.
If your product is out of stock, we will provide an expected ship date.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes) with shipping destinations in the 48 contiguous United States. Rates for the other states and territories will be calculated at checkout and varies by destination. Orders less than $50 will be charged $5 for Standard US Shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days. We know it's not Amazon, so we really appreciate your patience!

My order never arrived, what should I do?
Occasionally postal carriers get a little confused and our packages will be delivered to a neighbor, a mail center, or a management office. If you look around and are still unable to find your order, just email us at hey@fussymom.co and we'll make sure you get your product!
