Orders & Shipping

I am having problems with the website, what should I do?

If you are trying to place an order and you get an error message, please contact our customer service team at hey@fussymom.co immediately :)

Can I use more than one promo code on an order?

We only accept one promo code per order.

How long is the process time?

1 to 5 business days. Please note that during sales or promotions, process time may be longer than expected

The process time of 5 business days for my order has passed, is this normal?

If you ordered during a sales event (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) or during the Holidays, know that our small team remains the same and works hard to prepare your order quickly, but that a higher volume of orders can exceptionally lengthen processing times. Thank you for your understanding :)

How will I know if my order was placed?

You will get an email confirming your order with an order number. You will also receive another email when your order has been shipped with the tracking number.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed and processed, we can’t make changes or cancel it, as we work to ship orders quickly. If you need assistance, email our support team at hey@fussymom.co—while we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, we’ll do our best to help!

I did not receive an order confirmation or a shipping tracking number. What should I do?

Please contact us at hey@fussymom.co to confirm your order was placed.

How do I track my order?

Once we’ve shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking and shipping information.

My order never arrived, what should I do?

Occasionally postal carriers get a little confused and our packages will be delivered to a neighbor, a mail center, or a management office. If you look around and are still unable to find your order, just email us at hey@fussymom.co and we'll make sure you get your product!

My order arrived damaged, wrong, or was returned to you!

Please contact us at hey@fussymom.co and we'd be happy to resolve the issue ASAP!

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! Shipping costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Domestic shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days. We know it's not Amazon, so we really appreciate your patience!

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding!

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Irvine, California! ☀️

Returns

What if it doesn’t work for me?

We want you to love your Fussy Mom products. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Simply contact us at hey@fussymom.co to start a return, our team will assist you.

What is your return policy?

You are welcome to return unopened, sealed products to us within 60 days of your purchase date for a full product refund. However, if you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please email us at hey@fussymom.co for more information.

Where are the products made?

Fussy Mom products are made in the United States with global ingredients in FDA-approved, NSF- and GMP-certified facilities.

How do you formulate your products?

We carefully choose ingredients that work well with your body based on clinical research and data. If natural ingredients don’t meet our high standards, we use pure, lab-made ones instead. Our expert formulators help us pick and dose everything for the best results.

Are your products natural? What's in your no-no list?

We formulate without high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, flavors, synthetic colors, gluten, or GMO’s. We are very mindful of sugar content. Our products prioritize natural, organic ingredients when possible.

Are your products clinically tested?

Many of our products contain clinically-studied ingredients because science matters to us and our customers. Check our product pages for studies and results.

Are your products FDA approved?

Our products are made following FDA cGMP standards for quality and safety. We also use third-party labs to test for nutrients, contaminants, and more. However, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements by law.
